Job Description

We are seeking skilled welders to join our team, specializing in MIG welding on mild and stainless steel to create exhaust systems for a variety of industries, including power generation, oil & gas, marine, locomotive, construction, and off-road markets. This role involves both custom and production style MIG welding, with occasional tack welding and exhaust assembly duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on mild and stainless steel to produce high-quality exhaust systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols accurately.
• Engage in tack welding and assembly tasks as needed.
• Assist with fabrication work, such as operating a brake press, shear, roller, and other equipment.
• Adapt to various tasks throughout the shop to facilitate learning and growth within the company.
• Participate in a weld test, working from a print to build a product.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Northfield, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $33.00 / hr.
