Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate complex disciplinary conversations while ensuring policy compliance
Partner with leaders to enhance employee engagement and implement process improvements
Advise on corrective actions and support leaders during disciplinary meetings
Required Qualifications
Approximately 3+ years of relevant HR experience focused on employee relations
Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations
Experience in a high-growth organization with a non-exempt workforce
Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with leaders
High degree of comfort in navigating complex conflict resolution scenarios
