We are excited to be adding A

Marketing Analytics Specialist

to our Consumer and Marketing Analytics organization to work hybrid in our Radnor, PA office. In this role, you will partner closely with the Marketing team to deliver data-driven decisions and insights that support our go-to-market strategy. The focus will be on enhancing advisor engagement and driving acquisition and retention across our retail insurance and investment offerings. You will be delivering routine analytics, metrics, and insights to support the goals and objectives of their assigned area(s). You will also collaborate across the organization with analytics, strategy, and marketing stakeholders to define targetable audiences using data-driven influence and provide actionable insights to advance business outcomes, improve efficiency, and drive performance and results.

What you'll be doing

Collect, interpret, and analyze data to support management decisions, improve inefficiencies, and enhance business performance

Leverage domain knowledge to synthesize trends and communicate meaningful insights to stakeholders

Perform basic analytic coding for ad-hoc requests and collaborate with business partners to assess and refine results

Develop queries and prepare data for descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics

Conduct data mining, validation, and reconciliation across various applications

Advise stakeholders on the use of quality business analytics, tools, and market information

Prepare presentations for senior leadership, including visualizing data in charts, graphs, and tables

What we're looking for

Must-haves :

13+ years of experience in analytics or marketing, supporting business strategies, audience segmentation, and insight generation

A data-driven mindset our team relies heavily on data to identify opportunities

Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills ability to apply common sense and deliver high-quality work

Excellent communication and storytelling abilities

Demonstrated ability to contribute positively by suggesting improvements, learning quickly, and understanding processes

4 Year / Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)

Nice-to-haves :

Experience working with databases and querying / reporting from SQL

Ability to leverage business intelligence software (e.g. Tableau, Strategy)

Familiarity with Marketing Technology platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud etc.)

The pay range for this position is $53,500 - $96,300 with

anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range

and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln's standard benefits package.
