Job Title
Join our Seller Experience team within Commercial Operations to lead improvements across the opportunity-to-post-sales journey. You'll partner with Sales, Tech, and Enablement to simplify workflows, align tools, and drive adoption - leveraging AI where possible to reduce manual effort and enhance productivity. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role focused on making it easier for our sellers to manage accounts, grow revenue, and deliver value throughout the customer lifecycle.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Lead complex projects to improve sales operations.
- Analyze business trends to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
- Implement new methods and procedures for special assignments.
- Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistency in operations.
- Mentor managers and provide guidance on project execution.
Minimum Qualifications :
Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Preferred Qualification :
Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams, with a strong track record of people management in matrixed or cross-functional environmentsDeep understanding of B2B sales and post-sales motions, including opportunity management, contracting, renewals, and account planningExperience defining and improving end-to-end seller workflows across tools and functions (e.g., Sales Tech, RevOps, Enablement)Proven ability to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including AI, into sales processes to drive simplification and scale.Ability to translate seller pain points into scalable, seller-first process and system improvementsStrong cross-functional leadership skills, with experience influencing tooling roadmaps and operational changeFamiliarity with enterprise sales systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, CLM, account planning platforms)Experience contributing to or leading sales transformations efforts with intelligent automation or AI-based enhancementsStrong communication and storytelling skills to drive alignment, build trust, and mobilize action across diverse stakeholdersA continuous improvement mindset able to drive global consistency while flexing to regional needs
