Position Summary

We are seeking a Cost Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role is ideal for a highly analytical professional with a passion for cost accounting, financial systems, and data integrity, especially someone excited about making a direct impact on profitability and operational efficiency.

You'll play a critical role in implementing our new ERP system ( Microsoft Business Central ), managing master data, enhancing inventory accuracy, and delivering insights that drive smarter financial decisions. If you enjoy digging into data, streamlining systems, and working in a dynamic manufacturing environment, this role is for you.

Location : North Aurora, IL (On-site)

Department : Finance & Accounting

Reports to : Controller

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM

Salary : $95k- $100k annually

Key Responsibilities

ERP Implementation & Data Management

• Lead cost accounting responsibilities during the implementation of Microsoft Business Central ERP.
• Build and maintain accurate master data including product records, bills of materials (BOMs), routings, and cost structures.
• Migrate cost and inventory data from the legacy AS400 system to the new ERP platform.
