What We Need in a Customer Experience Specialist

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic people-person with a passion for problem-solving. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you get to be the helpful hand for Lifeline customers in Grand Terrace. As a Customer Experience Specialist, your work will involve :

  • Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer inquiries and concerns, demonstrating empathy, and offering accurate and comprehensive solutions.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to telecommunications services, guiding customers through diagnostic steps with patience and clarity.
  • Educate customers on product features, service plans, and new offerings, ensuring they understand the full value of their Lifeline experience.
  • Process account changes, upgrades, and cancellations with precision and efficiency, maintaining accurate customer records in our systems.
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience Specialists and other internal teams, including technical support and billing, to ensure seamless customer experiences and expedited resolutions.
  • Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and a calm demeanor, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, products, and service updates to provide the most current and relevant information to customers.
