MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING MANAGER

Location : West Valley City, UT

Reports to : Director of Manufacturing Engineering

Compensation : $125 - $145K + bonus

Your Role :

As the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you'll lead process control, equipment performance, and continuous improvement across high-volume production lines. You'll manage a skilled team of engineer and technicians, ensuring robust processes, technical rigor, and sustainable growth in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

What You'll Do :

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team, driving ownership, accountability, and growth.
• Oversee process documentation, validation, and change control.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to guide improvement initiatives.
• Champion continuous improvement efforts utilizing Lean and Six Sigma tools.
• Collaborate across teams to solve issues and support product transitions or investigations.
• Provide technical direction for tooling, fixturing, and equipment improvements.
• Serve as a key contact for internal and external technical support.
