Seasonal Warehouse Associate – Forklift Operator

Location : Lancaster, PA

Pay : $17 / hr | Weekly Pay

Schedule : Part-Time | 12 : 00 PM – 4 : 00 PM Mon-Fri| Seasonal through end of year

Allegiance Staffing is hiring Seasonal Warehouse Associates with forklift experience to support a local non-profit during their largest food drive of the year. This is more than just a warehouse role—it’s an opportunity to contribute to a meaningful mission that directly helps families in our community.

What You’ll Do :

Safely load, unload, move, and store donated and purchased food items

Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to handle inventory efficiently

Assist with truck and van pickups for food drive donations

Sort and organize incoming donations and requisitioned orders

Support unloading food trucks and maintaining clean storage areas

Work alongside donors, volunteers, and staff in a professional, positive manner

Requirements :

1+ year of warehouse experience

Experience with sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks (required)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

Basic math and English communication skills

High school diploma or GED preferred

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
