Job Summary

This position requires operating a forklift in a rugged 50+ acre outdoor, paved and unpaved environment. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, covered and uncovered manufacturing facility.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment, specifically a front-end loader and / or forklift, and production machinery as directed and specified while adhering to all safety rules and regulations
• Load bins for production while ensuring product is correct mix and quantity to prevent delay in the production process
• Keep work area clean
• Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements
• Assist machine operators to set up machines and any other necessary tasks to adhere to deadlines and completion of product
• Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
