Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, identifying, and hiring top talent to support our product development and growth. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional intelligence, a keen eye for talent, and a strong understanding of the technology industry.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Create and design job descriptions for various profiles.
- Source and identify top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, intelligence, and cultural fit.
- Interview candidates through phone calls or video.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics.
- Generate reports and provide insights to improve the recruitment process continually.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience by communicating effectively, providing feedback, and guiding candidates through the recruitment process.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Profile
Proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in a tech-focused environment.Strong knowledge of technical skills, programming languages, and software development.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Desired Candidate Profile
