Director Of Philanthropy

Is responsible for directing fundraising programs focused on the Sacramento and Central Valley regions, with special emphasis on individual donor cultivation. Focus on raising principal major gifts, planned gifts, and annual gifts. Provides leadership and is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating programs and initiatives, and for the fiscal and administrative structures in this capacity, the Director leads, directs, coordinates, and executes the planning for Philanthropy strategies in a manner aligned with the goals Sutter Health. Accordingly, also serves as administrative liaison to Senior Management and Medical Staff, as well as to Sutter Health leadership, in order to ensure the smooth and integrated operation of the organizations, and the appropriate alignment of operational strategies with the overall mission and available resources. Externally, represents Sutter Health in the community through various activities, ensuring that the mission and the programs of the Foundation are accurately understood and carried out. Serves as a catalyst for community collaboration by developing the Foundation as a resource for the community in improving the health of its residents.

EDUCATION :

• Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
• Bachelor's : Business Administration, Healthcare or related field.
