IT Systems Support Administrator - up to $90k

The salary range for this position is $80,000.00 / yr - $90,000.00 / yr based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• 4 to 10 years of experience in IT Support with a focus on L3 support and administrative tasks.
• Provide advanced L3 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other office equipment, both on-site and remotely.
• Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy, Intune, Autopilot, and MEM (Microsoft Endpoint Manager).
• Assist with user account management, software deployment, and device provisioning.
• Experience with Microsoft Office / Office 365.
• Experience with Windows Servers, Cloud environments (AWS), or Application Support is a plus.
• Recommend and implement improvements to optimize operations and system performance.
