Site Lead - Evening Janitorial Supervisor

Location : Toledo, OH 43611

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 5 : 00 PM-1 : 00 AM (occasional weekend shifts)

Clean Team is hiring a dependable Site Lead to manage evening cleaning operations and keep our client's facility in top condition. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll clean, inspect, and guide the team to meet and exceed quality standards every night.

Key Responsibilities

Complete nightly janitorial duties : sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, restroom sanitation, and trash removal

Cover tasks for absent team members when needed

Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure all areas meet client expectations

Refill soap, paper towels, and restroom supplies

Maintain organized janitorial closets, change vacuum bags, refill chemical bottles, and properly store mops and equipment

Communicate supply, chemical, or equipment needs to the Area Manager

Secure the building : turn off lights, set alarms, and lock all doors

Qualifications

At least 18 years old

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance

Prior janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience preferred

Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently
