Salesforce Developer

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Salesforce Developer with our client in the financial industry in their Charlotte, NC and Addison, TX locations.

This is a 12 month + contract position.

Responsibilities :

• Individual will be a contributing member of the Global HR Technology Team
• Be a key contributor to development initiatives that require Salesforce technical expertise
• Collaborate with the team to coordinate delivery of software application
• Communicate with technical partners and come up with solutions
• Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains, and tests software applications that support business units
• Provide innovative solutions to problems and drive the design / development of components
• Effectively conveys message in both written and verbal development discussions

Requirements :

• SF Workflow, Case Management, Integration / Data Migration experience needed
• Agile experience required
• Proficient in translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Ability to design, develop, and implement : Custom Objects; Custom Tabs, Fields, Page Layouts; Security - Profiles and Roles;

Workflow Alerts and Actions; Lightning components, pages; Visualforce Pages; Approval Processes; Dashboards; Data Validations; Web Services

• Create and maintain documentation on application configuration and processes as database applications are developed
• Able to meet deadlines and handle pressure while coordinating multiple tasks in a work / project environment
• Versatile team player with interpersonal skills
• Keeping abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and as such be able to provide recommendations for process improvements
• Knowledge of Force.com development best practices
