The Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll lead multifamily construction projects across the Southwest , managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships while ensuring quality delivery. You’ll gain exposure to both preconstruction and field operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage projects from start-up through closeout.Develop schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.Lead project meetings with clients, subs, and internal teams.Support and mentor Project Engineers and PCs.Partner with estimating, operations, and leadership to deliver successful outcomes.Candidate Profile
3+ years of construction experience (some multifamily experinece required).Strong APMs ready for promotion encouraged to apply.Compensation & Benefits
