Position Expectations :
Recruiting / Onboarding :
Work with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs on a regular basis.
Post positions into the OPR and Paylocity.
Screen candidate resumes.
Make contact with candidate(s) within 48 hours of received application.
Schedule and conduct candidate interviews.
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills and experience.
Sets up candidates with interviews with hiring managers.
Create and present offers to candidates.
Create hiring packages and set up on-boarding / orientation with candidates.
Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications upon receipt of signed offer letters.
Conduct hourly new hire orientation on the employee's first day and ensure new hire paperwork is completed according to federal / state / local regulations in addition to company policies.
Serve as a backup to Recruiting Supervisor.
Customer Service :
Establishes and maintains professional working relationships with candidates, vendors, hiring managers.
Assists Hiring manager with CARE forms and navigating the hourly OPR.
Participate in weekly Recruiting meetings for business alignments on staffing, HR updates, etc.
Position Competency :
Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office.
Proficient with Paylocity, ATS system.
Solid experience with full life cycle recruiting.
Ability to take on projects without supervision.
Interviewing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to complete multiple projects / tasks within defined timelines with little to no oversight.
Understanding of Human Resources reporting and recordkeeping requirements.
Understand all company policies.
