Job Description

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. -Develop and execute account strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals. -Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business within existing accounts. -Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. -Provide regular updates and insights on account performance to stakeholders. -Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company objectives. -Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities for growth within the business services industry. -Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
