Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing, branding, promotions, and sales initiatives. This role plays a key part in strengthening Haulottes presence in the market through event support, content creation, promotional material management, and cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain layouts for sales promotions, literature, and training materials.
• Procure promotional items and branded materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support planning and execution of marketing events such as trade shows, product launches, and webinars.
• Coordinate exhibitions, customer visits, and special events to enhance brand experience.
• Assist with tracking and managing marketing expenses.
• Maintain healthy stock levels of merchandising and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with sales teams and independent reps to fulfill literature and marketing requests.
• Contribute to website updates, social media efforts, photography, and video projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the marketing and sales organization.
