A leading AmLaw 50 firm is seeking a talented mid-senior level Associate Attorney to join its Intellectual Property Litigation practice in New York . This is an exciting opportunity to litigate high-stakes, cutting-edge IP disputes for industry leaders in technology, life sciences, and engineering. The ideal candidate will bring both litigation experience and a strong technical background to a collaborative, fast-paced team.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record .
• Active Bar Admission in New York , in good standing.
• 5–8 years of substantive experience in intellectual property litigation .
• Technical Undergraduate or Graduate Degree : Computer science, electrical engineering, physics, chemistry, molecular biology, or a related life science field.
• Strong experience handling all phases of IP litigation , including pre-suit investigations, discovery, motion practice, depositions, expert discovery, and trial preparation.
• Admission to the U.S. Patent Bar preferred , but not required.
• Federal judicial clerkship experience preferred , but not required.
• Soft Skills : Strong writing, oral advocacy, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a high-intensity, detail-oriented environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
