VARITE is looking for a qualified Ship-In Coordinator (Sales Coordinator) in Phoenix, AZ.

A leading outdoor advertising company that specializes in out-of-home (OOH) advertising solutions, including billboards, transit ads, and digital displays. It provides advertising space on billboards, buses, subways, airports, and other public spaces.

Job Title : Ship-In Coordinator (Sales Coordinator)

Location : Phoenix, AZ - Hybrid, WFH Mondays and Fridays, then in-office Tuesday to Thursday

Contract Duration : 4 months

Pay Rate Range : $22.00 - $24 / hr on W2

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO :

The Role :

• The Ship-In Coordinator is responsible for providing day-to-day administration related to pre and post-sale activities for National and Local Ship-In Accounts into Phoenix.
• This role will support the Phoenix Ship-In Sales team to ensure timely delivery and execution of the sales process.
• Must possess strong communication and organization skills and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
