A company is looking for an HR Generalist to support day-to-day People Operations functions.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage onboarding and offboarding logistics, including paperwork and IT coordination
Maintain HRIS data integrity and support compliance processes
Coordinate culture-building activities and assist in employee relations initiatives
Required Qualifications :
2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a high-growth startup
Strong organizational skills with a focus on process management
Experience with HRIS platforms and data reporting
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and empathy
Interest in pediatric mental health and supporting related initiatives
