RN Director of Case Management

Case Management Services

Full Time, Monday - Friday at Ascension Seton Medical Center in Austin, Texas. Eligible for an annual bonus incentive.

Responsibilities include leading and directing case management services, formulating and implementing operational strategies, directing and evaluating all services provided, providing specialized expertise, partnering with physicians, and ensuring delivery of evidence-based care.

Requirements include licensure / certification / registration, education, and work experience. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Nursing and five or more years of progressive leadership experience in case management.
