Controller

The Controller will lead the accounting department for an independent rural hospital in SW Oregon. They will be responsible for spearheading monthly and year-end closing efforts, engaging with executives, and ensuring fiscal maturity of the health system. This role will report directly into the CFO. This is an on-site full-time role in SW Oregon. Relocation Assistance is available for candidates moving over 50 miles for the role.

Skills and requirements :

BA in Accounting, Finance, or a related degree

5-7 years experience with corporate accounting

3 years with healthcare accounting experience

Prior leadership experience CPA

Master's in Accounting, Finance, or a related degree
