Responsibilities

We are looking for a Plant Service Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for implementing various manufacturing platforms used for production in both domestic and international locations. You will act as the project manager for some projects and participate in the implementation on the plant floor in many others. Key Responsibilities

• Perform and understand AutoCAD / Solidworks drawings and functions while maintaining mechanical and electrical drawing files
• Lead lean Root Cause Analysis (RCA) efforts (A3, 5 Why, Fishbone diagrams) to improve process and equipment reliability
• Develop plant layouts with Project Engineering support
• Provide multi-plant assistance and regional support
• Routinely provide hands-on equipment and process troubleshooting and training
• Provide leadership support for equipment installations
• Install new production lines
• Support Engineering on R&D of new equipment and processes
• Project management
• Travel >
