The Manager, IT Quality Assurance will be responsible for leading the Quality Assurance / App Software Tester Team (QA) in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions and systems across the organization. This position will establish and drive QA strategies, standards, processes, and metrics to ensure deliveries meet business expectations, regulatory requirements, and performance benchmarks. The Manager, IT Quality Assurance will ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle while balancing agility, risk, and cost efficiency.

By fostering a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration, the Manager, IT Quality Assurance supports enterprise technology goals while enabling teams to release reliable and secure solutions. This role ensures consistent application of testing best practices, drives test automation initiatives, and provides strategic guidance for QA planning and resource allocation.
