Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 30am5 : 00pm (some evenings required)

Pay : $65,000 / year + Medical, Life Insurance, 401(k), & Monthly Car Allowance

We are partnering with a long-standing, reputable Property Management Company in Fresno to hire a Residential Property Supervisor. This role is based in-office at their corporate headquarters and requires regular travel to various properties throughout the Fresno / Clovis region. Occasional evening hours will be needed to attend board or community meetings.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations across multiple residential properties
• Support and train on-site property staff and managers
• Coordinate property maintenance needs and vendor services
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and repair requests
• Work with HOA Boards and attend board and community meetings
• Assist with tenant relations, compliance, and rule enforcement
• Maintain property standards to promote strong occupancy and resident satisfaction
