Your work environment at EXP

In this role, you will be a part of the Engineering Project Management team, of the Energy Services Sector , based in our Tallahassee, Florida office.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

• In a project environment, support client or stakeholder project requirements.
• Respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Become active within the project team and gain an understanding of project requirements and team member roles.
• Develop and maintain a professional rapport with client and project team members.
• The ability to review engineering documents such as maps and drawings
• Help prepare written plans, reports, or procedures to address specific project needs.
• Develop sound solutions to problems or issues that arise during project execution.
• Ability to problem solve and complete tasks with minimal oversight.
• Willingness to travel and gain experience working in the field as opportunities arise.

Skills to Develop

Ability to prepare clear and concise reports, procedures, correspondences, and other written materials.
