Job Title : Project Manager

Location : Houston, TX (Hybrid)

Work Hours : Flexible core hours within a 7 AM 7 PM window

Compensation : $100,000 - $120,000 (DOE) (Bonus, Equity, Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off and professional development stipend)

About the Role

As Project Manager, you'll own delivery and profitability for our most complex structural projectscommercial, aviation, healthcare, education, and missioncritical facilities. You'll lead a highcaliber team, nurture client relationships, drive new business, and ensure technical excellence from design through construction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Structural design, documentation, and construction support on complex $10M+ projects
Approve all change orders >

$50K; oversee project scope, schedule, and budget

Manage a team of 810 (engineers, designers, BIM leads, EITs)

Conduct quarterly profitability reviews; maintain 18% gross margins

Drive business developmentbring in new clients and grow sectors (esp. healthcare)

Represent firm in interviews, proposals, and PCI precast certification outreach

Take over and recover stalled projects (avg. 120 days behind schedule)

Implement improved workflows (Ajera) to streamline billing and resource planning

Requirements

Bachelor's in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Structural); MS preferred

Active PE licenses (Preferred)

Proven client managment

Expereance in RAM, Tekla, Revit, or BIM 360

Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills

Fast-track to Senior then Principal candidate for peopel with a rainmaker mindset (50% technical / 50% BD)
