Your new role
Were seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-value construction projects ranging from $5M to $30M+. This is a full-cycle leadership rolefrom preconstruction through closeoutwhere youll oversee scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and client relationships.
- Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, scopes, and logistics.
- Interpret and implement contract requirements.
- Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams.
- Oversee subcontractor buyout and scope development.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and design documentation.
- Facilitate punch lists, building start-up, and commissioning.
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, and forecasting.
- Approve subcontractor and owner pay applications.
- Track and manage change orders.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and lead on-site meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Promote safety, quality, and compliance on all job sites.
- Identify and resolve project risks proactively.
- Maintain accurate documentation using construction management software.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.Minimum 5 years of experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction contracts, drawings, and safety standards.Proficiency in Microsoft Project, CMiC, and Bluebeam.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to navigate construction sites and perform physical tasks as needed.What you'll get in return
