Role Definition

  • Develops corporate strategy around the commercial management of insurance products and services for one or more major customers and business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with major customers and business partners.
  • Supports the point of contact for major customers and business partners; Ensures efforts resolving queries and addressing their requests are completed.
  • Developing strategies with other internal and external business partners to develop new business opportunities.
  • Supporting coordination with key stakeholders including underwriting, operations, distribution and claims staff in support of one or more major customers and business partners.

  • Strong understanding of Extended Protection fundamentals and Insurance Services' internal operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading operational improvements to business processes.
