Product Performance; Metrics : Establish and track key product performance indicators (KPIs) for GenAI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and iterating quickly to drive continuous improvement.

Data-Driven Decision Making : Leverage data and insights to inform product strategy, identify growth opportunities, and optimize the GenAI product lifecycle. Use A / B testing, user feedback, and analytics to refine product features and capabilities.

Process Architecture, Automation & AI

• Identify opportunities for optimization by bringing experience with tools / methods used to discover, model and measure business processes
• Facilitate working sessions with business stakeholders to redesign processes where needed
• Explore solutions for process improvement opportunities and provide input as it relates to application and system solution architecture
• Help identify high-impact use cases for AI and automation across the business
• Help gather requirements and support the design and implementation of automation strategies and AI agents
• Ensure AI agents are integrated into workflows with strong performance monitoring
• Collaborate with Data Analytics on opportunities for solutions including natural language processing and machine learning etc

What You Will Bring :

9+ years of experience in solution consulting, with 5+ years in a leadership role managing teams in a complex business environment.

Proven AI Expertise : Strong track record in building and scaling GenAI / AI-powered products in a fast-paced, ambiguous, evolving environment.

Deep technical and strategic understanding of AI / ML, particularly in Generative AI applications.

Strategic Thinker and Change Driver : Ability to navigate ambiguity, anticipate future trends, and drive a product-led transformation within a complex organization.

Strong ability to balance business strategy, technology, and user experience to drive impactful product development.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Exceptional ability to align, influence, and communicate effectively across an enterprise.

Industry Experience : Background in MarTech, AdTech, or Media is preferred.

High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) : Adept at fostering team cooperation, promoting enthusiasm, and motivating strategic problem-solving.

Fast-Paced; Agile : Comfortable working in a highly independent environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
