What You Will Bring :

Nine or more years of experience in solution consulting, with five or more years in a leadership role managing teams in a complex business environment. Proven AI expertise with a strong track record in building and scaling GenAI / AI-powered products in a fast-paced, ambiguous, evolving environment. Deep technical and strategic understanding of AI / ML, particularly in Generative AI applications. Strategic thinker and change driver with the ability to navigate ambiguity, anticipate future trends, and drive a product-led transformation within a complex organization. Strong ability to balance business strategy, technology, and user experience to drive impactful product development. Exceptional ability to align, influence, and communicate effectively across an enterprise. Background in MarTech, AdTech, or Media is preferred. High emotional intelligence (EQ) with adeptness at fostering team cooperation, promoting enthusiasm, and motivating strategic problem-solving. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. A natural team builder who brings a sense of excitement and fosters a collaborative, innovative, and fun work environment.
