Shift : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm

Location : 265 Pheasant Run Drive, St. Charles, IL 60174

Compensation : $20.25 / hr

Role Description :

Join ShipBob as a ICQA Regional Support Specialist and help us maintain operational excellence across our fulfillment centers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys digging into data and discrepancies, and wants to be part of a team that values ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

As ShipBob continues to grow, this role plays a critical part in supporting our fulfillment network while ensuring our clients receive a seamless experience. You'll report to the Area Manager, Supply Chain ICQA and travel to partner SFN sites in your region as needed.
