About The Role :

We’re a multi-client 3PL running high-volume, fast-turn distribution. The Inventory Supervisor owns inventory accuracy and control processes across inbound, storage, and outbound. You’ll lead the IC team, drive root-cause fixes, and partner with Ops, Client Services, and Quality to hit SLAs and KPIs.

Responsibilities :

• Lead daily / weekly cycle counts, recounts, and location audits; close variances with documented root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor and improve inventory accuracy (units & locations), dock-to-stock timeliness, and shrink.
• Manage quarantine / hold inventory, damages, adjustments, returns, RTVs, and aged / obsolete stock per client SOPs.
• Reconcile WMS ↔ ERP (e.g., SAP / Oracle) exceptions; clear interface errors and post adjustments with proper approvals.
• Own physical inventories (quarterly / annual) : planning, staffing, execution, and reconciliation.
• Optimize slotting, replenishment triggers, and storage utilization with data-driven recommendations.
• Maintain and update SOPs / Work Instructions; train, coach, and schedule the IC team; handle performance feedback.
• Publish daily / weekly KPI dashboards and variance reports; communicate risks and recovery plans to stakeholders.
• Partner with Receiving / Shipping to reduce mis-picks, mislabeled pallets, and ASN / receipt discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and site standards (5S, safety, HACCP / food-grade or pharma / lot control if applicable).
