What You'll Do

Represent women professionals and business owners in divorce, custody, and related family law matters with a strategic, results-driven approach.

Provide high-touch client service : proactive communication, polished advocacy, and compassionate support.

Develop and execute case strategies that align with each client's personal and financial goals.

Collaborate with a team of skilled attorneys, paralegals, and client service staff to deliver a seamless, concierge experience.

Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to firm growth through thought leadership and community involvement.

Here's what you can expect :

Salary Range (Base / DOE) : approx. $80,000-$110,000 per year for less experienced, $120,000-160,000+ for more experienced.

What We're Looking For

Licensed in Texas, preferably with 3 to 5+ years of family law experience (litigation and negotiation).

A proven track record of representing high-net-worth clients or complex cases.

Exceptional communication and courtroom skills with a professional, confident presence.

Strong organizational skills and comfort with modern legal tech and systems.

Emotional intelligence : ability to support clients navigating stress while maintaining boundaries and professionalism.
