Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of real estate law, exceptional critical thinking abilities, and strong negotiation skills. This role presents a unique opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients in a fast-paced environment, providing legal advice and support on a wide range of real estate matters.
Responsibilities :
1. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate documents, including purchase agreements, lease agreements, financing agreements, and other related documents.
2. Conduct due diligence investigations for real estate transactions, including review of title, survey, and environmental issues.
3. Advise clients on legal and regulatory issues related to real estate transactions, including zoning laws, environmental regulations, and property rights.
4. Represent clients in real estate disputes, including lease disputes, property rights disputes, and other related issues.
5. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure smooth transaction processes.
6. Stay updated with changes in real estate laws and regulations and advise clients accordingly.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications :
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a real estate attorney, with a strong background in transactions, leasing, and negotiation.
4. Excellent critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear, concise advice to clients.
5. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively represent clients in negotiations with opposing parties.
6. Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients and other parties.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
