They're seeking a Platform Engineering Manager to lead their infrastructure and platform strategy. This is a highly visible role where you'll drive the evolution of cloud infrastructure, enable high-velocity product development, and cultivate a culture of technical rigor and operational excellence. If you're an experienced leader who thrives at the intersection of infrastructure, developer experience, and engineering culture, this is a chance to build and scale something foundational from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Shape Platform Strategy : Own the vision and execution for platform engineering and infrastructure systems—balancing speed, stability, cost, and scalability
• Lead & Grow a Team : Hire, mentor, and develop a team of platform engineers. Foster a high-trust culture where engineers are empowered to take ownership and innovate
• Drive Automation & Infrastructure-as-Code : Lead initiatives to build self-service infrastructure, CI / CD pipelines, and scalable, resilient systems using modern DevOps practices
• Champion Reliability : Establish and maintain reliability metrics (SLIs / SLOs), build observability frameworks, and lead incident response processes to ensure uptime and performance
• Enable Developer Productivity : Build internal tooling and automation that improve deployment workflows, system visibility, and ease of development
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with product engineering, security, and operations stakeholders to anticipate needs, reduce friction, and deliver scalable solutions
• Address Tech Debt Proactively : Identify infrastructure weaknesses and bottlenecks before they become blockers—focusing on long-term maintainability and scalability
• Elevate Engineering Excellence : Promote high standards in operational readiness, system design, and documentation across the organization
