Position Overview
The Office Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the studio’s daily activities. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and can manage administrative, financial, and operational tasks with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee general office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination
- Manage scheduling, meeting logistics, and internal communications
- Maintain organized systems for documentation, records, and office procedures
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, benefits coordination, and time tracking
- Assist with financial tasks including invoicing, expense reporting, and budget tracking
- Serve as a liaison between staff, leadership, and external partners
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Foster a positive and professional office culture
