DRMP is looking for a 10 to 15-year Senior Drainage Engineer to support our Northwest Florida offices. This individual will be responsible for applying, planning, and designing drainage projects, along with making recommendations that will complement the organization's objectives.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Provide engineering analysis and design of stormwater management solutions for transportation projects.
• Oversee and manage design and production of construction details, plans, specifications and estimates.
• Collaborate with clients, subconsultant partners, technical staff, and managers across multiple disciplines to develop quality deliverables within schedule and budgetary requirements.
• Direct and mentor less-experienced support staff.
• Conduct engineering investigations and planning work by completing well-defined tasks including collection and analysis of data; perform routine calculations, and participate in evaluating the feasibility of alternate solutions.
• Support business development efforts including proposal pursuit efforts.
• Help build relationships with key staff of clients, potential clients, teaming partners and contractors.
