Account Manager – Truck & Off-Road Team
Location : Horsham, Pennsylvania
Schedule : Full-Time | On-Site | Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM
Compensation : Compensation package exceeding $100,000, with opportunity for unlimited commission growth. Includes a well-established and successful book of business.
Position Overview
As an Account Manager on our Truck & Off-Road Team at Turn 14 Distribution , you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while driving revenue growth. This position is responsible for managing inbound communications, maintaining customer relationships, and serving as a knowledgeable resource on all aspects of Turn 14 Distribution. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, results-driven, and passionate about the performance and off-road automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and instant message during business hours.
- Deliver prompt, professional, and accurate responses to all customer requests.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key customer contacts.
- Act as a trusted liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure seamless communication.
- Develop expert-level knowledge of Turn 14 Distribution's systems, policies, and competitive advantages.
- Provide detailed product information and guidance to customers.
- Contribute to company initiatives, including New Brand Launch Goals, New Brand Recon, and other assigned projects.
- Stay current with industry trends, new product launches, and vendor training sessions.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of all Turn 14 Distribution brands within your assigned segment.
- Achieve or exceed revenue and margin targets while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Research competitors to understand market dynamics and leverage insights for strategic positioning.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, sharing ideas and addressing challenges collaboratively.
- Log all unmatchable deals in the CRM system to provide visibility into competitive activity.
- Represent Turn 14 Distribution and our manufacturers at industry trade shows and dealer visits.
Requirements
Strong understanding of the Aftermarket Performance Automotive segment, particularly in truck and off-road categories.A minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive aftermarket parts sales.Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and close sales effectively.3 Years+ of Business-to-Business Sales experience is preferred.Excellent teamwork, organization, and communication skills.Must embody and uphold Turn 14 Distribution's core values.Willingness to travel for dealer visits and industry events as required.Benefits
