A company is looking for an Individual Life Underwriter to evaluate complex life insurance cases in a temporary work-at-home position.

Key Responsibilities

Review electronic health records to assess risk

Analyze medical, financial, and occupational information to determine insurability

Document case findings and decision rationale in compliance with EDGE manual guidelines

Required Qualifications

3+ years of individual life underwriting experience

Significant experience with EDGE manual guidelines

3+ years of experience reviewing electronic health records (EHRs)

Experience with impaired risk assessment and decision-making using EHRs

$1M signing authority for underwriting decisions
