Salary Range :  $175,000 - $225,000 per year

The Role

As a Founding AI / ML Engineer, you will design and build core systems from the ground up, working across the stack to ship fast, reliable features. You'll lead technical architecture decisions, implement AI-driven workflows including prompt engineering and memory handling, and collaborate directly with the founders to shape product direction and engineering culture. You'll have full ownership of major components and play a central role in setting the technical bar for the company.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of engineering experience, ideally 2+ in applied ML
• Strong Python backend + ML ops familiarity (FastAPI, LangChain, PyTorch, etc.)
• U.S. work authorization and willingness to undergo FBI background check
• Deep technical communication skills (can explain systems and trade-offs clearly)
• Production experience deploying LLMs / VLMs or custom ML inference pipelines
• Experience understanding and scaling backend infrastructure (does not have to be an expert but
• must have solid knowledge)
