Department Overview

Electric Operations (EO) ensures the delivery of safe and reliable electrical services to our customers. Electric Operations is responsible for every aspect of PG&E's electric distribution and transmission operations, including planning, engineering, maintenance and construction, asset management, business planning, restoration, and emergency response.

Electric Operations Construction Management is responsible for the construction, project and contract management of PG&E's electric distribution overhead and underground facilities.

Position Summary

Develops and oversees company-wide safety policies, procedures, and programs with a strong emphasis on contractor oversight, field safety, and incident response readiness . Provides subject matter expertise across multiple safety disciplines and ensures alignment with regulatory requirements, organizational safety goals, and PG&E's Safety Excellence Management System (PSEMS).

Leads initiatives to advance PSEMS maturity , drive continuous improvement, and strengthen safety culture across both employees and contractors. Partners with lines of business to implement safety programs, advises on procedure development, and ensures effective oversight of contractor performance in the field. Directs process and procedure development, implementation, and communication to support safe, compliant, and reliable operations.

PG&E is providing the salary range that can be expected for this position at the time of thejob posting. This salary range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will bebased on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience,market value, and geographic location.

The decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs.

Pay Range :

• Annual Minimum : $144,000
• Annual Midpoint : $194,000
• Annual Maximum : $244,000
