Responsibilities

• Manages entirety of security systems, including new and legacy systems, as well as the transition from legacy to new.
• Supervises and coordinates the development, implementation and operation of security systems and technology systems for the hospital's needs.
• Responsible for implementation of policies and procedures related to security systems as well as training for end users.
• Management of security systems database and proactive troubleshooting and resolution / sustainability.
• Periodically examines systems to locate problems such as loose connections or damaged devices.
• Installs, maintains, or repairs analog and IP cameras, access control systems, and related equipment, following blueprints of electrical layouts and building plans.
