Job description5+ years of experience in a similar role in high volume catering or event space Demonstrated competence in managing a large inventory. Contribute towards recipe creation. Mentorship to 20+ Sous Chefs and Team Members. Base salary in the $100K range Bonus potential and 401K retirement plan Paid vacation and closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas Health, dental, and vision insurance significantly subsidized by the employer. Seeking an experienced Catering Executive Chef for a high volume production kitchen. Someone who is exceptionally detail oriented, setting the highest standards and role modeling team leadership. Superb compensation package on offer.
Executive Chef Responsibilities :
- Ultimate responsibility for overseeing production, quality control and recipe adherence.
- Maintain a pristine establishment that exceeds all Health Department regulations.
- Deliver exceptional cost controls by constantly monitoring and overseeing a sizable product inventory
