Patient Service Representative
In this role you will serve as the first point of contact for patients and customers calling the Mail Order Pharmacy. Ensure a positive experience while handling inquiries and routing information for prescription fulfillment.
Two Week assignment- potential to go longer
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls within quality standards.
- Secure patient information and maintain confidentiality.
- Collect and route patient details to pharmacy staff.
- Assist with administrative tasks to meet patient needs.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.2+ years in administrative or customer service roles.Experience in a contact center or patient services environment (pharmacy, billing, insurance preferred).Strong communication skills and ability to handle difficult conversations.
