Descripción del trabajoHigh School Diploma or equivalent. 2+ years in administrative or customer service roles. Experience in a contact center or patient services environment (pharmacy, billing, insurance preferred). Strong communication skills and ability to handle difficult conversations.
Patient Service Representative
In this role you will serve as the first point of contact for patients and customers calling the Mail Order Pharmacy. Ensure a positive experience while handling inquiries and routing information for prescription fulfillment.
Two Week assignment- potential to go longer
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls within quality standards.
- Secure patient information and maintain confidentiality.
- Collect and route patient details to pharmacy staff.
- Assist with administrative tasks to meet patient needs.
