The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for the overall success of the construction project. This role will participate in the development of the project, oversee the scheduling, budgeting, and execution, and is responsible for the year-end profit and / or loss of projects. Some supervision of other Project Managers, Project Engineers and Interns will be required. The SPM will nurture client and A / E relationships with long standing clients and engage with business development in acquiring and building new relationships.
