Key Responsibilities :

• Lead all phases of construction projects from planning and budgeting through execution and closeout
• Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, and field teams to ensure scope, schedule, and budget alignment
• Manage subcontractor bidding, procurement, and contract negotiations
• Coordinate project schedules, logistics, and resource allocation
• Monitor jobsite progress, resolve issues, and ensure high standards of quality and safety
• Maintain project documentation and reporting for internal teams and clients
• Build and nurture client relationships and ensure exceptional communication throughout project lifecycle
• Provide mentorship to assistant project managers and project engineers
