Open Roles

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Salary : $90,000 – $100,000 (based on experience)

Schedule : Hybrid – 3 days in clinic, 2 days remote (based on clinic and client needs)

Clinic Director (BCBA Required) – Dual-Site Leadership Role

Salary : $100,000 – $120,000 (based on experience)

Locations : Winston-Salem and Greensboro, NC

Lead and grow two thriving in-clinic programs while mentoring and developing your team.

Your Role

As a BCBA , you'll provide in-clinic ABA services, mentor RBTs, collaborate with families, and guide individualized treatment plans.

As a Dual-Site Clinic Director , you'll provide hands-on leadership, clinical oversight, and support for both our Winston-Salem and Greensboro teams. You'll help shape the future of two growing clinics while fostering a culture of excellence and compassion.

Qualifications :

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Required

North Carolina LBA (or eligibility prior to start) – Required

Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred

Leadership or supervisory experience required for Clinic Director
