Job descriptionExperience operating lift truck attachments including sit down forklift, reach truck, and RF scanning experience preferred Experience loading and unloading trucks and railcars using lift truck equipment Reliable transportation to report to scheduled shift and travel between facilities as needed Demonstrated accuracy in counting and completing paperwork Previous knowledge or a desire to learn about the product being handled Positive, clear, and professional communication skills Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team Minimum 1 year of previous lift truck experience Minimum 1 year of experience working in warehouse environment Must be willing and able to lift up to 60 pounds Must be willing and able to slide, push, or pull cases up to 60 pounds Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and uniforms that are provided by the company.
First Shift Lift Truck Operator
We are hiring for a 1st Shift Lift Truck Operator (6 : 00 AM-2 : 30 PM) to provide quality material handling to support operations and achieve growth. This position will be reporting to the Facility Manager and will occasionally require weekends, holidays, and overtime. Duties and responsibilities :
- Operate a lift truck to pick orders, load and unload trucks and railcars
- Perform inventory control activities to ensure accurate product records
- Serve our customers through providing accurate correspondence on inbound and outbound orders
